YUTMISO Plum Whisky uses its own whisky brewed according to ancient methods with a delicate taste as the base liquor, plus selected seasonal green plums from Japan. The whiskey and plum wine are matched in a golden ratio, and after a long period of maturation, they are soft and smooth at the same time. It perfectly balances spirits and fruit wine, and the whole is very harmonious, sublimating the body and taste of the wine. It has both the mellow and complex layers of whiskey and the fresh and lively acidity and aroma of green plums. The two styles blend together to make you intoxicated.
